Welcome to Signal Neighborhood, from 95th and Main Street over to Foly Drive, and as far south as Route 157. Signal Hill includes over 500 households. Our major shopping center is Belleville Crossing Shopping Center along route 15, with a Target, Home Depot, Restaurants, and many other major store chains as well.
Shop ‘N’ Save and Schnuck’s are our closest grocery outlets located on the North Belt Line Road in Belleville.
For families with children, we have two elementary schools to choose from;  Signal Hill School is a small, community based, diverse, pre-k through 8th public grade school located within Signal Hill on 95th street.  Blessed Sacrament School is located at 8809 West Main Street, is a K through 8th grade parochial school and is part of the Archdiocese of Belleville.

Trash pick-up services performed by Waste Management or Aspen, can easily handle any of your waste management and recycling needs.
For homes outside the City Limits of Belleville, call the Saint Clair County Sheriffs Department Phone (618) 277-3500 or 911 for emergencies only.  For households within the City Limits of Belleville, call the the Belleville Police Dept. at (618) 234-1212 or 911 for emergencies.
